Senior Technical Integrations & Web Systems Specialist

Location: Office / Hybrid

Reports To: Director / Managing Partner

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Integrations & Web Systems Specialist to own and execute complex technical workflows across CRM systems, automation platforms, custom WordPress development, and data analysis. This role is highly hands-on and sits at the intersection of engineering, marketing operations, and business systems.

You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing integrations between platforms, developing and supporting custom web applications and plugins, and ensuring data accuracy and system reliability across multiple client environments.

This is not a junior developer or siloed engineering role. We are looking for someone who understands how technology supports real business outcomes and can operate independently across multiple systems.

Core Responsibilities

Integration & Automation

  • Build and maintain automation workflows using platforms such as Make

  • Develop and maintain REST-based API integrations between third-party systems

  • Connect and synchronize data across CRM, call tracking, email, and marketing platforms

  • Troubleshoot and optimize automation performance and reliability

Platforms include:
Pipedrive, CallRail, Constant Contact, GoHighLevel, and additional REST APIs 

CRM Configuration & Workflow Automation

  • Configure and manage CRM systems with a focus on automation and efficiency

  • Build sales, contact, and email workflows

  • Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy

  • Support sales and marketing operations through system optimization

WordPress Development & Support

  • Modify and maintain WordPress themes and core theme files

  • Develop custom shortcodes and layout modules

  • Build and manage Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) structures

  • Configure and maintain plugins including Gravity Forms and SMTP tools

  • Troubleshoot performance, plugin conflicts, and site issues

  • Configure and maintain WooCommerce installations when applicable 

Custom Application & Plugin Development

  • Maintain and enhance custom WordPress plugins, including:

    • Embedded quote calculators

    • Custom REST APIs

    • Custom database tables and data structures

  • Support single-page web applications used for investment and portfolio tracking

  • Work with modern frontend and backend tooling to maintain internal platforms 

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze sales, marketing, and attribution data

  • Support first-touch and last-touch attribution models

  • Work with structured datasets using Excel and SQL

  • Assist with specialized data analysis projects as needed 

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Manage tasks and documentation using ClickUp

  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and development teams

  • Maintain clear internal documentation for systems and workflows

  • Participate in code reviews, system planning, and technical decision-making

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
