Outdated User Experience: The previous website lacked intuitive navigation and modern design, making it difficult for prospective families to find key admissions information quickly.

Limited Admissions Focus: Without a clear user journey or dedicated calls to action, the site didn’t effectively guide visitors toward enrollment decisions.

Disconnected Athletics Presence: Sports content was buried within the main site, limiting visibility for athletic programs and creating extra work for staff trying to keep pages current.

Non-Responsive Design: The site was not fully optimized for mobile use, which hindered engagement from families browsing on phones and tablets.

SteerPoint partnered closely with Scecina’s Director of Marketing Communications and Admissions Director to reimagine the website experience. We created two custom websites—one for the main school and another specifically for athletics—with a shared design language and user-friendly structure. The main site was designed with a clear admissions journey in mind – with a custom design – allowing prospective families to easily access tuition information, shadow visit opportunities, and application steps formatted in a unique way.

The athletics site was built to give coaches, athletes, parents, alumni and fans a dedicated space to celebrate Crusader sports—with team pages, schedules, and quick updates that are easy to manage and navigate with connected Google calendars.

Scecina now has a web presence that reflects its values and energizes its mission. The admissions journey is clearer and more compelling. Athletics are showcased in a dynamic, accessible way. And most importantly, the school has a website that can grow with its community and support long-term digital goals.
