SteerPoint Marketing adheres different cancellation policies for its Search Engine Optimization, Pay Per Click management and other service agreement. Please refer to respective service agreement to go into the details or cancellation Policy. All requests regarding cancellation has to be submitted to accounts and billing departments of SteerPoint Marketing. Cancellation requests can be made by email, fax or phone. Requests for cancellation will not be considered valid till you receive confirmation from our accounts or billing department and the confirmation email or number given by accounts department of SteerPoint Marketing will serve as a proof of the cancellation of service.
SteerPoint Marketing takes up different refund policy for its different services. It is kindly requested to refer to individual service agreement for more details on refund policy. SteerPoint Marketing does not in any way guarantee any refunds for the cancellation of its service. SteerPoint Marketing will accordingly follow the agreement signed upon by the client and SteerPoint Marketing and does not offer any refund for the transaction charges, for any other miscellaneous charges which are non- recoverable for SteerPoint Marketing and refunding them causes any loss to SteerPoint Marketing.
