The Situation

Legacy Land approached SteerPoint to develop a custom, national website to list premier hunting, farming and investment properties for sale. The website development needed to ensure that all listings would feed to other national websites to get maximum online exposure.

The Challenge

Instead of choosing a plug and play system, the client wanted a custom UX/UI website developed to compete in the national real estate market. Legacy Land also requested a platform that gave the ability for agents to login and manage their own listings. All listings needed to be exported to national websites using an API and XML feeds. They also wanted to ensure the site would be mobile friendly.

The Solution

After proper research and planning, SteerPoint designed and developed a complete national real estate website that gave the members of Legacy Land Co. the ability to compete nationwide. We integrated both Google maps and MapRight technology to assist in showcasing each listing. We also engaged multiple feeds that would export every listing, all photos, video and data daily to Lands of America, LandWatch and Land and Farm.
